RocketPlates

RocketPlates are custom-engineered restriction orifice plates designed for pressure reduction and flow restriction in severe service applications. Constructed from high-performance materials, they resist erosion and corrosion, making them ideal for high ΔP and slurry conditions. Installed upstream of control valves, RocketPlates help distribute pressure drop, maintain back pressure, and reduce noise and cavitation, improving valve performance and system stability.

Each RocketPlate is tailored to specific process conditions and is available in concentric, eccentric, or segmented configurations. For abrasive media, replaceable sintered carbide inserts provide exceptional wear resistance and longer service life. With a simple, robust design and proven performance in harsh environments, RocketPlates offer a dependable solution for demanding flow conditions.

ArmaSpool is a custom-engineered solution that protects downstream piping from erosion caused by the high-velocity, abrasive flow exiting control valves. It redirects the stream away from pipe walls, helping prevent wear, avoid breaches, and extend pipe life. By addressing a common failure point in erosive service, ArmaSpool improves reliability and reduces maintenance requirements.

Its robust design features field-replaceable, rotatable wear inserts made from abrasion-resistant materials like sintered tungsten carbide. Compatible with a wide range of control valve types, ArmaSpool is built to handle demanding flow conditions while protecting system integrity over time.

Expansion Joints

Redflex Expansion Joints are engineered to relieve stress in piping systems by accommodating movement, reducing vibration, and compensating for misalignment. Made from abrasion- and corrosion-resistant elastomers, they provide a maintenance-free solution for managing thermal expansion and mechanical deflection, thereby extending the life of connected components.

Available in a range of configurations, including single and multiple arch designs, concentric or eccentric reducers, and flanged or slip-on connections, Redflex joints are custom-built to fit application-specific requirements. Full-face integral flanges eliminate the need for separate gaskets, providing a tight, leak-resistant seal.
