A Smarter Solution for Slurry
Summit invents the SlurryFlo control valve, which thrives in abrasive slurry (now an SAF brand).
2006
Bigger Space, Bigger Vision
A move to a 6,500 sq-ft facility supports Summit’s expansion, which doubles in size by 2008.
2010
Expanding Across Western Canada
Summit opens facilities in BC, SK and MB, connecting Western Canada to world-class manufacturers.
2014
Instrumentation Joins the Party
Summit introduces a complete instrumentation offering from Yokogawa, Haygor, UWT, and Ronan.
2015
A New Chapter of Ownership
Michel Leroux, co-owner since 1997, becomes the sole owner of Summit Valve & Controls Inc.
2019
Building a Service-Driven Team
An in-house service group launches to support on-site installations, commissioning, training, and repairs.
2023
