UWT

Level. Up to the Max.

UWT GmbH has been designing and manufacturing level measurement technologies since 1977. Their solutions are trusted worldwide for bulk solids, liquids, pastes, and foams, helping operators maintain control and visibility in challenging applications.

Reliable level measurement for solids, liquids, and difficult interface applications.

From radar and guided wave systems to vibrating rods, forks, and rotating paddles, UWT delivers measurement tools that support continuous or point-level monitoring. Their product lines, including Rotonivo®, Vibranivo®, and NivoBob®, are built with quality at the core, backed by an industry-first 6-year warranty and a zero-error testing philosophy.

Point Level Measurement

UWT offers rotary paddles, vibrating rods, capacitive sensors, and admittance probes designed for reliable point level detection in bulk solids, powders, and liquids. Each technology is suited to specific media characteristics, ensuring reliable switching even in challenging environments with high dust or low dielectric properties.

Continuous Level Measurement

UWT’s continuous measurement technologies include radar sensors, guided wave radar, and capacitive probes. These sensors provide real-time level monitoring of solids and liquids, supporting accurate inventory control, optimized filling processes, and seamless integration into automation systems.

Interface Measurement

UWT's guided wave radar and capacitive probes can detect interfaces between media, such as oil and water or slurry and liquid. These sensors enable accurate monitoring in applications where stratified layers must be managed or separated.

Level Controllers & Displays

The Nivotec series provides visualization, alarm handling, and control for level systems. Designed for silos and tanks, these modular units simplify monitoring and automation, supporting real-time decision-making at both local and system-wide levels.
