SlurryFlo Control Valves

Slurry Happens

Born in the harsh conditions of the Canadian oil sands, linear control valves are engineered to thrive where standard valves break down. Purpose-built for slurry and abrasive service, these valves offer unmatched durability, precise flow control, and exceptional wear resistance.

Their performance in high-solids, high-velocity environments sets the benchmark for long-term reliability in severe service.

The Ultimate
Slurry Control Valve

SlurryFlo control valves feature a patented trim design that functions as a variable orifice, centralizing flow to significantly reduce turbulence and downstream erosion. Unlike conventional designs that expose the valve body to abrasive slurry, this protects both the valve and adjacent piping.

Each unit is custom-built with waterjet-cut and CNC-machined seat plates, enabling nearly limitless trim geometries tailored to specific flow profiles, ensuring consistent, accurate modulation across the full range of operation.

No Other Valve Lasts Longer

These valves are the preferred choice in mining and mineral processing applications, particularly in handling aggressive media such as oil sands, copper tailings, and iron or nickel ore slurries. Their modular construction enables easy trim replacement and in-field customization, reducing downtime and adapting to evolving process demands.

With their superior wear resistance and extended service intervals, linear control valves offer a lower total cost of ownership, making them a wise investment for facilities that can’t afford failure.
