These PEAK Hydraulic Power Units (HPU) were developed and manufactured in a joint venture with our friends at Custom Energized Air.
Designed to automate two large-diameter knife gate valves each, they use 3 HP motors to produce 2,500 PSI of hydraulic pressure. The control panels include integrated safety systems and several other custom features requested by our client.
The units have passed a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and completed our thorough in-house testing. Up next is a visit from the wood tailor for a hand-crafted crate. 😀
