Recently, several members of the Summit team travelled to the Rotork headquarters in Bath, England, for in-depth factory training on the IQ, CV, and CM actuator series.
Spending time at the original manufacturing facility gave our team direct insight into actuator assembly, calibration, diagnostics, and testing protocols. We also reviewed configuration best practices, failure modes, and service strategies alongside Rotork’s engineering and technical specialists.
That kind of hands-on exposure translates into more confident troubleshooting, stronger commissioning support, and better-informed recommendations for our customers across Western Canada.
It also strengthened our partnership with the Rotork team and gave us a closer look at the processes behind the products we represent every day.
And yes, Bath was pretty cool too. 😎
