Collaborating with Bray International, we helped eliminate this hassle by installing Triad Ball Valves with a custom variable V-notch port geometry. This ingenious design features multiple angles within a single ball, providing different flow characteristics at specific travel points—exactly when needed.
Now, the customer can rely on just one ball for their entire process lifecycle, eliminating unnecessary downtime, streamlining operations, and unlocking significant cost savings.
